1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Rundiagnose (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service. Rundiagnose is operated by Rundiagnose, a business based in Budapest, Hungary. These terms apply to all users, including but not limited to players, contributors, and visitors.

2. Description of Service

Rundiagnose is a deck-building strategy diagnostic platform designed to help card game players analyze failed runs, evaluate card performance, and improve tactical decision-making through diagnostic frameworks and gameplay analysis. The Service provides tools for deck evaluation, before-and-after gameplay breakdowns, energy economy analysis, scaling prioritization guidance, and synergy identification.

We offer community-driven analysis where players may submit failed runs for expert review, annotated gameplay breakdowns, and diagnostic decision trees. The Service is provided on an as-is basis to support learning and strategic improvement in card game play.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use Rundiagnose only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or contributors;
• Posting false, defamatory, or misleading information about deck strategies or card performance;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code or proprietary methods of the diagnostic frameworks;
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any code of destructive nature;
• Spamming, flooding, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within community features;
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Collecting or tracking personal information of others without consent;
• Commercial scraping or automated extraction of diagnostic data or analysis without written permission.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, tools, frameworks, and features on Rundiagnose—including but not limited to diagnostic methodologies, card evaluation checklists, energy economy analysis templates, scaling prioritization guides, synergy identification flowcharts, and annotated gameplay breakdowns—are the exclusive property of Rundiagnose or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial benefit. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from Rundiagnose without prior written consent, except as necessary for your own deck analysis and learning.

If you submit a failed run, gameplay capture, or analysis request to Rundiagnose for community review, you retain ownership of your submission. However, by submitting, you grant Rundiagnose a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, analyze, and reference your submission (including annotated versions) for service improvement, educational purposes, and community content, unless you explicitly request confidentiality.

References to card games, card names, mechanics, and game balance are used for educational and diagnostic purposes. Rundiagnose is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any card game publisher or developer.

5. User-Generated Content and Community Submissions

Rundiagnose may provide features allowing you to submit failed runs, gameplay videos, deck lists, or analysis requests. You agree that any content you submit is accurate, original, and does not infringe the rights of third parties. You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to grant the licenses described in Section 4. Rundiagnose reserves the right to refuse, remove, or modify any submission that violates these terms, is misleading, or is inappropriate for the community.

Expert annotated breakdowns and diagnostic analysis provided by Rundiagnose contributors are offered as educational guidance and represent professional opinion based on the information provided. They are not guarantees of future gameplay outcomes.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Rundiagnose makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any diagnostic analysis, card evaluation framework, or strategic recommendation provided through the Service.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components;
• Diagnostic recommendations will result in improved deck performance or run outcomes;
• Card evaluation frameworks will apply uniformly across all game variants, difficulty levels, or player skill levels;
• Community-submitted analysis or expert breakdowns are free from error or bias;
• The Service will meet your specific expectations or requirements.

Card game balance, mechanics, and optimal strategies change over time. Rundiagnose provides analysis based on current understanding, but does not guarantee that recommendations remain valid following game updates or balance patches.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rundiagnose and its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gameplay progress, deck data, or run records;
• Failure to improve deck performance or achieve desired run outcomes;
• Reliance on inaccurate or outdated diagnostic analysis;
• Decisions made based on card evaluation frameworks or strategic recommendations;
• Interruption of service or loss of access to diagnostic tools;
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in community-submitted content.

In no event shall Rundiagnose's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you have paid to Rundiagnose in the twelve months preceding the claim, or if you have not made any payment, then one hundred Hungarian Forint (HUF 100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rundiagnose, its owners, operators, contributors, and service providers from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

• Your violation of these Terms of Service;
• Your use of the Service in violation of applicable law;
• Content you submit, upload, or share through the Service;
• Your infringement of any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• Your interactions with other users or contributors.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from or related to these terms or your use of the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Budapest, Hungary, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

10. Changes to Terms

Rundiagnose reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

11. Termination

Rundiagnose may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or engagement in illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, severed. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rundiagnose regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and negotiations, whether written or oral.
